Analisis pelaksanaan pengawasan dan panerapan standar operasional secara maksimal terhadap kualitas pekerja karyawan PT nutri inti prima perkasa

<span lang="EN-US">The purpose of this study was to determine the effect Supervision and Implementation Operational Standards on Quality Work Employees PT Nutri Inti Prima Perkasa Medan. This research conducted at Medan, with a population sample 56 people taken by purposive sampling. The instrument is questionnaire/questionnaire Likert scale model. Requirements test for normality. data analysis technique used multiple regression significance level = 0.05. results showed: there positive but not significant between supervision (X1) work quality t count 1.376 < table 2.004 value 0.175>0.05. While variable (X2) 3.093 > 0.003> 0.05 based SPSS output it known that R square 0.216 or 21.6% means factor can be explained Work, while rest other factors such as performance, incentives, leadership style, training organization 78.4%.</span>
